Whether you already have sales experience in any capacity or you are just getting started, the Career Sales Development Program offers valuable knowledge enablement. What Does the Program Entail? CSDP combines classroom and computer–based instruction with live-fire sales experience. It's a full time, 30–day program that includes instructor–led sessions AND real-life selling experience. Participants will learn how to prospect, qualify, set appointments, and sell products and services. They are on the phones making calls to actual prospects from day one. Throughout the program, participants are monitored, graded, and tested. This hands-on, experiential approach distinguishes CSDP and ensures that graduates have a solid foundation in the fundamentals of the sales process, with a strong emphasis on solution selling. CSDP graduates can add tangible sales experience to their resume, setting them apart from other job candidates. Upon completion of the program, graduates are matched with available positions and transitioned to full time sales positions. A number of employers will present their company background and sales needs during the final days of the program. Candidates will interview with companies of interest and ultimately find a position in sales that is right for them. For those with previous experience, CSDP offers a chance to refine your skills, update your knowledge, and connect with employers. Why is This Program Important?
