Job Title: Mid-level Sales Associate/Account Manager
We are currently seeking experienced salespersons to oversee various Sales Augmentation projects as our Principal Account Managers. Principals at 3VLSI have the confidence and ability of a senior salesperson, the creativity and resourcefulness of a team leader, as well as the knowledge and responsibility of a client manager. These tools combine to create the three basic duties of a Principal. Our Principals are expected to thoroughly manage every step of the sales process for our clients. This includes working closely with our clients to help them create goals, find Ideal Target Profiles and be intimately involved in a variety of reporting structures. Principals will manage a team of 3 to 4 Sales Associates, and are expected to be a highly involved and effective salesperson for the projects as well. Essential Duties fall into three main categories: 1. Client Manager • Provide on-going progress reports • Intimately understand the client's business and their needs • Maintain constant and responsive communications with the clients as well as to the 3VLSI management team 2. Team Leader • Complete responsibility for 3-4 Sales Associates, including training, coordination and motivation • Provide responsive coaching and clarification as needed • Maintain Quality Control of all the Associates' activities • Plan and execute various Campaigns to meet your clients' needs • Resource Acquisition: maintain awareness of potential Associates both in our program and outside of the company • Salesforce.com Administration 3. Sales Perhaps the most important aspect of your duties as a 3VLSI Principal is to sell. That includes not only the closing of deals and attendance to meetings your Associates have found for you, but the creation of deals; especially in a project's early phases. REQUIREMENTS:
