Job Title: Admissions Coordinator (part–time)

We are currently seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to help us find talent for our Career Sales Development Program.

Essential Duties:
  • Receiving and entering resumes
  • Conducting Telephone and in-person interviews
  • Following up with records in our ATS program
  • Gathering essential documents from applicants
  • Documentation of every part of the recruitment process
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a business or educational setting
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good time management abilities
  • Able to follow direction
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Able to learn new and complex computer programs with ease
  • Fast and adaptable learner
  • High degree of accountability

This is a part time position, with approximately 20–30 hours per week. Hours are flexible; we are willing to work with your schedule. We are located in Downtown Denver, very convenient to the bus and light rail.
