Job Title:
Admissions Coordinator (part–time)
We are currently seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to help us find talent for our Career Sales Development Program.
Essential Duties:
- Receiving and entering resumes
- Conducting Telephone and in-person interviews
- Following up with records in our ATS program
- Gathering essential documents from applicants
- Documentation of every part of the recruitment process
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a business or educational setting
- High attention to detail
- Excellent telephone skills
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good time management abilities
- Able to follow direction
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to learn new and complex computer programs with ease
- Fast and adaptable learner
- High degree of accountability
This is a part time position, with approximately 20–30 hours per week. Hours are flexible; we are willing to work with your schedule. We are located in Downtown Denver, very convenient to the bus and light rail.
