The Weblog of CEO Townsend Wardlaw The science of sales implies a definable and predictable set of non-complex activities. As such, everyone has the potential for sales, yet few apply the significant effort and discipline required to be great at selling. Often, this effort requires patient and professional persistence even in the face of objections, rejection, and competition. My goal is to share some of the tools and best practices learned over the years. At the same time, I hope to challenge existing views and perceptions about selling and sales professionals.
