Townsend has initiated and managed channel relationships with application partners, as well as consulting and services organizations, including Qwest, Accenture, AT&T Solutions, EDS, Andersen Consulting, and Siebel Systems.
   


Gary A. Pokorn, Vice President of Sales


As the Vice President of Sales, Gary brings an extensive sales career spanning over 31 years. For the last 12 years, Gary has led numerous sales teams and delivered a wide variety of key business growth assignments to companies nationwide. He has served as a Sales Producer, Manager and held numerous Leadership roles at ADP (small business, mid-market and national account divisions); Oracle Corporation (Oracle Applications Group); SPECTRUM Human Resource Management Systems; Integral Systems (a preceding company to PeopleSoft); Dean Witter; and May Department Stores.
   



Joel Lucas – Sales Development Program Director


Joel Lucas leads the instruction of 3VLSI's unparalleled sales development program. Joel is a 25–year sales veteran of Fortune 500 companies, such as IBM, HP, Digital Insight, Wipro Technologies, and ProSource Development. Joel brings a vast wealth of knowledge and experience to program participants with his skills in mentoring and teaching the art and science of professional business–to–business sales.
